Why not huddle up the girls and go check out some of these spots, snap a couple of selfies and have yourselves a great time? Who needs guys to have fun. Also, Jozi has a lekker EDM scene going so get down with the bass drop and whatnot.

In the age of the internet we have everything at our finger tips. You can always settle for a girls’ night out by staying in… (that makes no sense – whatever). Alternatively, UberEATS has taken Johannesburg by storm and we’re loving it. Good food in 30 minutes? Sounds like a plan.

You can check out the scenery from up top while you quench your thirst with a foamy frosty with your best bros and talk about sportball or CS:GO. A personal favourite of ours would be the Irish Club in Linden which is one of the best pubs in which to watch the game.

Get sporty and enjoy an evening of action soccer, action cricket or action skating. Joburg is full of fit and fun sports clubs looking for your company. Kick a ball, bowl a ball, hit a ball – it’s all about the sportball, baby. And it’s always a good excuse to grab a good whisky afterwards.
Head To The Inner City Cinema
Friday action nights at the Bioscope in Maboneng is the best place to get your skop, skiet, en donder on. It’s also a pretty cool place to hang out on a rainy day in Johannesburg. The Bioscope often shows some of the most interesting documentaries and the most entertaining B movies ever.
