While this challenge might not be for everyone, it is a great challenge to try for those who are on a budget and can't afford meat, for those wanting to eat a little healthier and for those considering going vegetarian or vegan. While excluding meat from your diet is pretty daunting at first, it is a great way to learn new recipes and try something different. Vegan and vegetarian meals can be both delicious and filling. But, it is important to remember to eat a balanced diet to give your body all it's nutritional requirements. Lockdown Workout Challenge

There is no better time to start your fitness journey than while under lockdown. There are many workouts you can do from home without fancy gym equipment, such as yoga and pilates, dancing or even turning your everyday chores into a workout. By working out for just a few minutes a day at home, you'll be well on your way to achieving your fitness goals. If you're nervous about exercising, start small and work your way up - even doing just 10 puch-ups a day is better than nothing. If you're nervous about exercising alone, without the support of others, check out these workout challenges: Find out more about the Lockdown Workout Challenge here.

Lockdown Eating Plan

Now that you're working out regularly, why not start a healthy eating plan too? Not only will this get you in top shape, but you'll also never be out of meal ideas again. While we are on lockdown, a meal plan will also help you stick to your rations. Before you start your meal plan, check out your fridge, freezer and pantry and take stock of what you have. Then, make a list of the meals you'd like to make with these ingredients. Consider ways you can make these meals healthier, such as baking rather than frying in oil or swapping out carbs with vegetables. Once you're done, you can organise your meal plan neatly on a calendar and stick it on the fridge. Once you have your meal plan, you'll be less likely to binge on unhealthy snacks.
