Step into the Chinese Year of the Wood Snake. The wood snake symbolises wisdom, adaptability, and a sense of transformation. To celebrate, unleash your creativity and artistry and honour the unique energies of the Wood Snake with The Creatory's vibrant watercolour painting experience, using watercolours and gold ink. This experience is open to all experience levels, adults and ages 12+, no prior experience required. Booking is essential.

Potted Glass Studio's Air Dry Clay Snake Workshop

Date: Wednesday, 29 January 2025

Join the Potted Glass Studio in Linden and welcome the Year of the Snake with an Air Dry Clay Snake Workshop. Spend the evening enjoying a lovely Chinese meal and then creating fabulous snakes from airdry clay. Creativity is welcome! You don't need any experience to join this workshop. Don't forget to take along your own drinks, glasses will be provided.

The Chinese Association's Chinese New Year Festival

The Chinese Association Gauteng will be hosting their much-anticipated annual Chinese New Year Festival at Alberton Rugby Club this year!
