Now you can defy gravity with the use of their Yoga Slings as they support you as you try out traditional Yoga poses, Pilates and dance with the use of the sling. This Zero Gravity Yoga is run by Candice Baker who is also a life coach. Her classes accommodate a range of abilities from beginner to advanced.

Yoga Experience is a fantastic Bikram yoga studio in Illovo; Bikram meaning that you repeat the same 26 postures in every class. Movement X is a private gym that has a few branches in Joburg. They offer all sorts of classes, such as high-intensity interval and barre classes. Yoga Works is the company behind many large-scale yoga events that take place throughout Joburg. They run Yoga in the Park, as well as Stand Up Paddle (SUP) yoga, both at Emmarentia Dam.
