I am sharing the 10 things that I WISH I knew when I just started my fitness journey – so that we can clear away the BS, and get you focused on what really counts for fat-loss! My goal is to help you on your journey!
I had always been a serial dieter – which means my weight yo-yo'd up and down for years. Around 7 years ago, I started my fitness journey, and for a couple of years, I still bounced around. Trying this and that, which made my progress often slow and at times plateau altogether! Perhaps, this is what you're experiencing right now – which is why I made this video for you!
Looking back, there are so many things that I know now that could have helped me fast-track my progress – if I had only known what to focus on! That is why I created my program – The Lean Body Lab programme – to help all the beautiful girls out there reach their goals without all the confusion!
