If you haven't visited the SAB World of Beer in Newtown yet, this is your chance. Book your tickets to their upcoming Food and Beer Pairing lunch. This monthly event offers Joburg foodies the ultimate fine dining meets urban brews experience. Join them on Saturday, 13 April 2019 for a five-course meal carefully crafted to pair with a variety of SAB brands. Each beer pairing experience focuses on finding the harmony between beer and food, pairing with both simple or rich complex flavours. An industry expert will guide guests through the pairing process, encouraging you to pay attention to the mouthfeel, flavour and aroma of each beer. Through this tasting experience you will learn how each beer accompanies and enhances the flavours and textures of the food. The menu is adapted each month to provide guests with a once-off tasting experience.
