Before Jozi turns into a ghost town over the Festive Season, grab one last night of partying at the Union Bar pop-up in Rosebank.

There's this beyond amazing gin called Monkey 47. It's made in the Black Forest of Germany (yeah, there's legit a place called the Black Forest... wonder if it's name after the cake...) and all of the botanicals used in the making of Monkey 47 is native to this forest. Now, 12 938 Km to the south, there's a pop-up bar in Rosebank which has been concocting the craziest cocktails with Monkey 47 gin.

Yup, the
Union Bar is back and it's better than ever. From 13 October to 23 December 2017, you can enjoy tapas, good music and amazing drinks mixed by some of the best mixologists in the country. If you
make a reservation online you will be granted free entry and won't have to stand in an annoying queue to get into the Union Bar.
Patrons can expect a range of unique cocktails never seen, experienced or tasted before at the new bar, along side a 13-piece tapas menu which will be, according to Max the Monkey, "wunderbar Adventures in Sophistication."
You can visit The Union Bar at 144 Jan Smuts Avenue in Rosebank (a stone's throw away from
Saigon Suzy) and is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 16:30 (give or take) to late.
