Bikram Yoga
If you find regular yoga to be a bit boring, Bikram is a really challenging way to move your body. The class is done in a heated room, which increases your flexibility and detoxes your body at the same time – you sweat, a lot. The postures are limited to a sequence of 26 and each move has a different benefit. If you go regularly, you’ll definitely notice improvements – perhaps one week you weren’t able to achieve camel pose but keep going back, the fact that you do the same poses in each class really allows you to track your progress.

CrossFit is a fantastic way to get fit, healthy and shed those excess kilos. It’s about strength, conditioning and seeing results. Workouts are always varied to keep things interesting – from rowing and skipping to squatting and jumping, you never know what you’ll be doing! One-on-one CrossFit sessions are available if you’d prefer to workout alone but there’s something about sweating it out with a group that makes it that much easier to complete those last three box jumps, don’t you think?
