- Walk in the Park made with Johnny Walker Black whisky, Southern Comfort, Jägermeister, Créme de Cassis liqueur, chocolate bitter
- The Antidote is made with Beefeater gin, Amaro Cynar, Kamm & Son, and infused with ginger beer, cucumber, strawberries, star anise
Some of their starters include salmon and prawn hotdogs. To pair with their wines, you can order snacks like the olives, spicy cashews, popcorns, chips, deconstructed fish & chips, burgers and platters to share. They also have “mains” such as lamb shank on mash for those that come thirsty and hungry!
SIPS is not only for lovers of alcohol, they also have non-alcoholic cocktails such as the Mokito, Berry Mule, Alibi and the Black Forest.
