Tyrone Gentry, is the culinary mastermind behind Livy’s Menu, and joins the team with a rich background at JAN in Nice and Shortmarket Club. Livy’s seasonal menu blends Rosebank's vibrancy with French gastronomy, offering approachable yet quality dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.
