JoyJozi Is A Must-Visit For Families

Finally, a place where kids can take their parents! JoyJozi is a family-friendly space to enjoy some playtime, delicious food, and treat the kids. The premise inspires curiousity, connection, exploration in a secure environment.

This is more than a restaurant. It’s a one-of-a-kind family playground and experiential destination, created for play and experiences for children aged 0 – 100. It’s fun for all. This exciting venue launched mid-April 2023 in Dunkeld.

A Sensory Space To Play & Explore

For little guests, this is a fun-filled playground paradise! Here, children can play on a wide range of state-of-the-art custom-designed equipment, located in JoyJozi’s outdoor garden area and indoors on the first floor. Little guests will have a blast playing and exploring a range of thrills and activities, including slides, jungle gyms, an action court, vintage game arcade room, wall climbing, a reading/book room, a toddler play area for the smaller little guests and more.

The Pricing

To play at JoyJozi, there is an entrance fee per child. Providing a safe and secure space for their little guests to run, play, and explore freely and safely is their priority. Their cover goes towards maintaining and upgrading their play area equipment.

Entry costs to the play equipment are applied to little visitors aged between 12 months and 12 years old.
Adults and teenagers 15 years and older get to play for free.
No children under 12 may play at the establishment without a parent or guardian on the premises.
The fee above allows for maintenance and upgrading of the play equipment to ensure high standards and safety.
The fee is not refundable or taken off the bill.
Weekdays – R60 per child*
Public Holidays and Weekends – R100 per child*

Family Dining At Its Best

JoyJozi is a family dining dream! Not only will the kids be entertained and pre-occupied with loads of fun activities, but food is hearty and delicious, too.

Once the kids have worked up an appetite, they can head back to the restaurant and tuck into something yummy with mom and dad.

The menu offers everything from salads, burgers and pizza to something from the grilled, gourmet milkshakes, refreshing cocktails (for the grownups) and sweet desserts.

One of our favourites has to be the Half Italian Pizza, a Bianco base topped with Italian beef, sliced mushrooms, fior di latte, and parsley.

And as for the kids, the Little Foodies menu offers a selection of kiddies favourites such as a Deconstructed Taco; Cheese Waffles and Fish Squares; Chicken Burger; Cheeseburger; Bolognese; and a Kiddies Pizza.
