Looking for people to hold you accountable to your fitness goals? We know that it's not safe for women to run alone which is why this club was born. The club initially started in Cape Town and has since spread to other cities around the country. As the name suggests, the location usually starts and ends at a coffee shop! It's best to join their WhatsApp group to stay informed about when and where the running sessions will take place. Generally, the run starts at Get Bird in Birdhaven with distances of 3km, 5km, 7km and 10kms mapped out and completed in the morning before work!

Greenstone Hill Running Club — Greenstone Hill
For those who reside in the East Rand and looking for a running club to join, why not try the Greenstone Hill Running Club? Have some fun, set some PB's and make some friends. Their morning runs cater for a wide variety of runners, from 5km all the way up to 12km or more at various running paces. The Wanderers Club — Illovo
Wanderers sports club offers sports lovers a fantastic venue to get active, meet new people, be challenged, and just have fun. Old Parktonian Sports Club — Bordeaux
The Old Parktonian Sports Clubs is one of the oldest and most established sporting facilities in the city. Built on 14 hectares, the facility includes two cricket ovals, 14 cricket nets, three soccer fields, two hockey fields, three tennis courts with clubhouse, three indoor soccer courts, a gymnasium, two bowling greens, a clubhouse, pub, the Heritage Bar, and 200 secure parking bays – it's basically an athlete's happy place!
