HIIT Cardio Workout

Think you need fancy equipment to achieve a full-body high intensity workout? Think again. All you need is a little motivation to get off the couch and a couple of handy YouTube tutorials to get those muscles burning. A good high intensity interval workout should start off with adequate warm-up time to ensure that you do not injure yourself. Thereafter, it's all about fast, precise movement and determination to get through to the end. HIIT workouts should be no longer than 45 minutes and you should take rest days to give your body time to repair itself.
