This celebrated performer will not only captivate musical theatre fans with his MY FAVOURITE BROADWAY concert performances; he also returns to musical theatre where he reprises the role of Billy Flynn in CHICAGO – The Musical at Montecasino’s Teatro from 03 October to 09 November 2025.
Jonathan Roxmouth previously portrayed Billy Flynn during the New Zealand and China legs of the 2018/19 CHICAGO World Tour. South African audiences last saw him on stage in 2017 as Che in Evita.
Acclaimed for his versatility on stage, Jonathan Roxmouth has starred in theatrical productions such as Perfect Nonsense and The Mystery of Irma Vep. His original creations include Great Balls of Fire and Call Me Lee!.
As a concert performer, he has headlined his own acclaimed shows such as Swingle Bells! and Phantasm. Jonathan Roxmouth’s powerful voice, commanding presence and acting talents have been captivating audiences across the globe ever since.
