Other than the amazing food, the atmosphere is vibrant, lively, and welcoming. As soon as you step in through the doors, you’ll feel as if you’re part of a big Greek family.

The venue is decorated beautifully, and you’ll feel as if you have stepped right into the heart of Greece, visiting one of its many unique and interesting restaurants for some authentic delights. Who says you need to purchase a plane ticket and travel halfway around the world to experience Greek hospitality?
The staff are attentive, friendly, and on point with their service, ensuring that you have an amazing experience when you dine at The Greek Taverna.

And, for the little guests, there is a play area that’s sure to keep them occupied while mom and dad enjoy the atmosphere and great cuisine. The Greek Taverna is very family oriented, which means the kids will just have as much of a good time as the parents. Plus, we know the little ones will enjoy the food!
Another lovely touch that we had to mention was how they have placed a few Greek phrases and words on the menu so you, too, can speak some Greek. Yia sou means hello or goodbye and efharisto means thank you. We think this add more Greek spirit to your visit! How fun!

What’s On The Menu?
Wondering what’s on the menu? Well, one thing is for sure, you’ll be spoilt for choice! We had no idea what to order – everything sounds absolutely delicious! Start off your meal with some delicious meze platters.
Visiting a Greek restaurant is not complete without tucking into a selection of mezes. Build your own meze platter filled with taste option such as Spanakopites (spinach and feta pies); Kolokythokeftethes (zucchini fritters); Pork, chicken, beef or lamb souvlaki; Soutzoukakia (meatballs in the tomato based sauce); pita bread; and much more.

Now, onto the mains! They have a bit of everything, from pizzas, burgers, salads and toasties to seafood, yiros, meat dishes straight from the grill, and plated souvlaki. And. of course, you can also opt for a meze platter for a main. We love the Chicken Greek Style – half a chicken, marinated in lemon-herb or peri-peri sauce, flame-grilled to perfection.
There’s plenty of dishes to choose from! Be sure to arrive hungry.

And next, is our favourite section – dessert! The dessert we highly recommend is the Baklava Cheesecake. Yes, it’s as amazing as you think it is! It’s the best of both worlds, Baklava combined with creamy cheesecake. Completely indulgent and irresistible. You’ll definitely be back for more!
And decadent option is the Kataifi – chopped walnuts, wrapped is a crispy kataifi dough, dipped in syrup then served with ice cream. And for something authentically Greek, order the Rizogalo – a Greek rice pudding, served either hot or cold.
