The biggest obstacle the consulting architects at Design Line Architects and Interiors faced was to create a work-out complex that promotes family time. The prime focus was to ensure all members have a positive experience and this is reflected in the way the clubs are designed, decorated and built. Virgin Active Bryanston boasts three pools that encompass and surpass all the challenges that design and development were tasked with. You have the regular pool placed off centre for those who want to swim laps, a pool for leisure, and another for spa purposes.
The Lead-lines Of Virgin Active Bryanston
Before we take a look at the fitness aspect of the health club, there’s something else that catches the eye. The reception area flows with beautiful design lines and leads the eyes into the madness that is folks pumping iron, tackling stationary bikes at full speed, and fast-paced techno music spitting through the speakers. The staff are hands-on and quick to sort out a crowd. The building also houses a Kauai for post-workout snacks, juices, smoothies, and big bites. Above and beyond that, Virgin Active Bryanston also has a dedicated internet section where members and visitors can browse the internet on any of the available computers there, making for a great and tranquil space to hang out.
Classes At Virgin Active Bryanston
With a secluded ride studio, Virigin Active Bryanston is a great place to work up a sweat, lead by some of the best spinning instructors in the country. The club also conforms to the usual steam, sauna, and restroom designs that all Virgin actives are known for. Virgin Active Bryanston offers a complete list of different aerobic, yoga, and fitness boxing classes.
Barre180 At Virgin Active Bryanston
The club has recently adopted a brand new form of workout that takes the best of ballet, yoga, and pilates, to form something the club likes to call Barre180. Most of the class takes place on a barre (in some classes members will use a portable barre) that’s designed to build flexible strength in the legs, hips, core and upper body. You’ll definitely start to feel the burn in your thighs when doing Barre 180 and for an extra challenge, there are jumps, twists and turns for a unique cardio workout.
