You’ll begin with radiant shakshuka teacups: gently poached eggs in a tomato-and-pepper sauce, topped with creamy feta. Served with crusty bread, as all delicious food should be.
Then, dive into a savoury trio of feel-good favourites.• Mexican beef tacos with pico de gallo, avocado and mild chilli con carne.• A refreshing mango–turmeric–almond butter “sunshine smoothie”.• Spinach and feta frittata on toasted English muffins layered with rocket, roasted peppers, chipotle spread, and caramelised onion jam.
To end on a sweet note, enjoy a slice of happy hummingbird cake: banana, pineapple, and toasted pecans with cream cheese frosting. Includes a complimentary glass of wine; additional drinks available.
