Set in Nelson Mandela’s former residence in the leafy suburb of Houghton, Johannesburg, Sanctuary Mandela incorporates elements of the home where Madiba lived during his Presidential tenure, and which later became the Nelson Mandela Foundation's headquarters. Now a re-envisioned boutique hotel, with 9 curated rooms, bar, restaurant, and retreat spaces designed for reflection, healing, and thought-provoking experiences inspired by Mandela’s life and legacy.
