'Tis the season for goodwill, gift-giving and family time. Which means one of Johannesburg's most anticipated Christmas markets is set to change more lives! Last year’s Parkview Charity Christmas Market raised a whooping R1.2-million for the beneficiaries of Nicarela Charity and this year it's hoped that the target of R1.5-million will be achieved!
The Parkview Charity Christmas Market is a joyful experience, offering visitors a wonderful place to shop for gifts, fill those Christmas stockings, revel in indulgent food and drink offerings while enjoying the background tunes of local music talent, all in the name of charity.
The Parkview Charity Christmas Market promises fun and entertainment perfect for the whole family. Local junior and high schools will also take to the stage with their artful performances on the Friday night.
And on Sunday, SA star Christian Heath who has performed at various South African festivals will hit the stage with a high energy performance. Visitors of the market can look forward to jamming to his sound as he captivates and interacts with all audiences. The lineup also includes electrifying performances by Cindy Alter, Andre Bellwood, Rock the Boat, Vanessa Gray, Lemon Light and Thomas Danger Band.
In addition to the trendy gin bar, a beer tent and champagne and oyster bar, there are over 90 different craft stalls, a kiddie’s zone, and an amazing line-up of entertainment at this year’s Parkview Charity Christmas Market. There's loads of excitement for the entire family. The children’s zone will be a fun-filled safe-area experience for the little ones with jumping castles, a train, fun craft activities, Clamber Club and a lot more.
And as if that wasn't enough, this year’s raffle includes a Bespoke Travel sponsored trip to Zanzibar!
