Describe your ultimate night out?
I can’t say there is one formula to enjoy a good night out, but I keep a very small circle of friends and people I hang out with , so usually it includes friends and or family , great food lots of drinks and of course music. Most of my favourite dinner experiences have been when they get music to play apart in the evening. Saints in Sandton do this very well.

Where can we find the best cup of coffee?
Croft and Co in Parkview . I’m an incredibly fussy coffee drinker (and proud of it ) and these guys make amazing Italian profile coffee and sensational l food.
What is your favorite local store?
Cole Haan in Sandton City. The world’s best shoes for men and women.

Favourite spot for a date night?
I just can’t pick one – so you gonna have to let me list some of my faves – all of which are equally special:
- Tortelinni De Oro ( Houghton )
- Marble ( Rosebank)
- SINN ( LXX Sandhurst)
- Bellinis ( Illovo )
Your favourite adrenaline packed activity is?
My Saturday boxing and sparring session with my trainer Shadow Shabane – which usually ends with me on the floor and the constant reminder that you don’t “play” boxing.

Where is a must visit place for a first-timer?
I recently took a tour at the Cradle of Humankind which blew my mind. The caves and locations of all the ancient fossils aerie are uncovered by South African archaeologists. It amazing to discover that life began literally on our doorstep. Take visitors from out of town there. It makes our neck of the woods feel very special indeed.
Do you have any weekend traditions?
Sunday night Pizza – from Trabella ( Illovo ) – order the Tracey’s special – thank me later.
