The Mall of Africa opened its doors on 28 April 2016. Other than all of the retail, dining and entertainment destination The Mall of Africa has to offer, they also provide shoppers with a couple services to ensure their experience at the shopping centre is one of ease and convenience. Did you know that the Gautrain bus service will take you right to The Mall of Africa? This service is available on Saturdays and Sundays from the Midrand station and will take you directly to the mall, drop off  is located near entrance 6. Click here to find out more about the bus routes. There’s also a designated Uber pick up area which can be found at drop off 8. Other services include Foto First, Kitwe Drycleaners and Locksmiths, Levingers, Pinpoint Security and Tip Top Tailors.

You can expect ample parking at The Mall of Africa! They’ve got 6 500 parking bays ready and waiting for your next visit. But if you’re wondering what the parking rates are during the week and over the weekend, here they are:

  • 0 – 3 hours: R10
  • 3 – 6 hours: R20
  • 6 – 7 hours: R30
  • 7 – 8 hours: R50
  • 8 – 24 hours: R80
  • Weekend Rate (Satuday and Sunday): R10
  • Public Holidays: R10
  • Lost ticket: R80
