Gauteng Summer Cup is back!
The Gauteng Summer Cup is one of the province’s most prestigious annual sporting events. Combining the finest in horse racing with an awesome day out. While the focus is on the thrilling horse races, the event is also packed with entertainment for the whole family. Bring the kids and experience this year's full-sized,
world-class carnival, complete with ferris wheel, mechanical rides, face painters and friendly buskers.
There’s something for everyone at the People’s Race. Enjoy the day at your pick of a wide variety of stylish hospitality areas. From here you can enjoy electrifying racing, good food, drinks, roving fashion shows and exceptional live music. Of course, the half-time show just before the 'big race' will take place. drum majorettes, a massive field band, a choir and incredible dancers, and the headline act -local talents, Freshly Ground.
