The scenario is simple, you get dropped in a map together with 99 other players in a "free-for-all melee". Last one standing wins the game. The game is one which is played quite quickly - making it more casual in nature with only a basic set of rules. This is one for the World of Warcraft fans as well. Don't underestimate the level of difficulty, you never know how strong your opponent is at playing their cards right.

League of Legends

Call of Duty: Warzone

Call of Duty: Warzone is one of the most anticipated games for 2020, a standalone from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and free to play. As with Fortnite Battle Royale, COD: Warzone is cross-play enabled, meaning different consoles can be used within the same game. To hype it up even more - the game can support up to a 150 players instead of 100. With the map being quite large, the numbers shouldn't affect gameplay as much. For Warzone, there are two modes, namely Plunder and Battle Royale. In Battle Royale, you play in squads of three to be the last squad standing. With Plunder, you have unlimited respawns.
