What's On The Menu?
Fireroom boasts an extensive menu, covering a broad range of cuisines and flavour combinations. However, you really should kick off your dining adventure with a plate or two of their
signature flaming sushi. This is what Fireroom is all about - the presentation of something truly unique and bold. We highly recommend the
Sushi Braai; an assortment of tasty rainbow rolls drizzled with port and sesame seed reduction. The balance of salty, sweet and sour will have your palate singing. If you're weary of having your sushi set alight, try out their smoked sushi instead. A deep smoky flavour is imparted into your choice of
poached pear and salmon tartare, langoustine nigiri or crocodile carpacio. Yum!
Fireroom's menu also features a variety of traditional sushi dishes to appease the traditionalists. Choose from a fine selection of
maki rolls, sashimi, fashion sandwiches and hand rolls. Alternatively, tuck into hearty stir fry or health conscious poke bowl. We haven't had a chance to try it, but we've heard rave reviews about the
Fireroom Poke bowl - chilli marinated diced tuna, naked edamame beans, sushi rice and peppadew confit. Sounds like heaven in a bowl.
Fireroom understands that not everyone is a sushi lover. The big meat eaters will be impressed by their chicken, seafood and steak offerings. Order their
signature Tomahawk Steak for a truly mouth-watering experience. Pepper crusted and flambéed at your table, this is a meal fit for royalty. Paired with one of Fireroom's fine wines or bubblies, we couldn't picture a more perfect evening out.

Sweet treats
Fireroom never skimps on flavour, which is why their dessert menu is well worth mentioning. Their
Bar One Sliders are legend from Bedfordview to Fourways - deep-fried Bar One nuggets served with caramel sauce and strawberry sorbet. However, our ultimate Fireroom dessert is the
Inside Out Cheesecake; a deconstructed gin-infused cheesecake on an Oreo biscuit base, topped with cherry glaze and popping candy. It's simply spectacular and completely wacky. But what would you expect from one of the most unconventional restaurants in the city?

Fireroom is back! From
Monday, 6 July 2020, your favourite sushi fusion joint will be open for sit down dining. With the strictest health and safety measures in place, Fireroom guarantees that you will be able to enjoy your meal with peace of mind. However, if you aren't quite comfortable eating out just yet, Fireroom is still
offering delivery on their entire menu, including wines and champagne. While you may not be able to enjoy the full fiery experience you've become accustomed to, you can still tuck into Fireroom's signature sushi, dim sum, stir frys, grills and desserts at home.
