Step back in time and immerse yourself in the tragic history of the Titanic at the “Unsinkable! The ‘Tintanic’ Exhibition.” The exhibition is hosted between Saturday, 3 June and 24 June 2023.
This family-friendly event is hosted by artist and historian Gino Hart, featuring the largest Titanic model in Africa, made of “tin”. In 1912, the Titanic, the most luxurious and largest ocean liner the world had ever seen, tragically hit an iceberg in the North Atlantic Ocean and sank on her maiden voyage. This exhibition takes you on an unforgettable journey, exploring the history and the details of this tragic event.
The exhibition showcases real-life artifacts, pieces of the ship, and replicas of unique items. You’ll have the opportunity to study the famous sinking in great detail and even take home your very own miniature “Tintanic” Deck Chair replica. The private tour lasts approximately 30 minutes, followed by a 30-minute live Q&A on site.
Tickets cost R150 per visitor, both adults and kids.
