Looking into learning a new skill, sport, or craft this year as part of your 2025 goals? Well, we have a unique idea – why not join Archers of Zoolake Archery and learn how to shoot a bow and arrow? They host intro lessons on Saturdays to give you a taste of archery.

What To Expect at Introduction to Archery at Zoo Lake?

Archers of Zoolake Archery offers you the opportunity to get a crash course into archery with their Introduction To Archery lessons. These intro lessons are once-off, no commitment is required. During the lesson, their experienced and qualified coaches will take you through the range safety procedure, how to handle the equipment correctly, and how to shoot a bow effectively. While some theory is involved, there’ll also be plenty of time to shoot some arrows, which is what you are really there for!

• Time: Saturdays from 14:30 to 15:45

• Age Limit: 10 Years +

All participants need to complete an Indemnity Form on arrival. Under 18s need to have a parent or legal guardian complete the indemnity form on their behalf. Download the Indemnity Form here to fill out before your visit.
