This display of artistry is a body of work that seeks to highlight the importance of cattle ownership and the significant role it played in Indigenous African societies. Through song, dance, drama, and poetry, the choir presents various practices, ceremonies, and traditions in which cattle were central to social, spiritual, and economic life. The songs are performed in multiple South African languages and represent a variety of traditional music styles and dances. The show will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, edutainment, and enlightenment.
