Doggie Dash invites dog lovers and fitness enthusiasts alike to join in on a delightful stroll with their furry companions. Hosted by Doggs, this event promises a harmonious blend of exercise and canine camaraderie. Participants are encouraged to lace up their walking shoes, leash up their pups, gather their friends, and converge at Jodev Farms within Teak Place Estate, nestled in the Cradle of Humankind. The event takes place on Saturday, 16 March 2024.

What Can I Expect From The Doggie Dash Event?

Upon arrival, attendees can opt for either the 3km or 5km route around the picturesque estate. This ensures a scenic and invigorating experience for all. Whether walking, strolling, or even running, the joy of the journey is guaranteed.

Following the dash, participants can indulge in a delectable spread of food and drinks curated for humans, while their beloved pooches are treated to homemade doggie biscuits. As a token of appreciation, every dog crossing the finish line will receive a commemorative Doggie Dash memento medal, customizable on the spot.

Entry Fee: R150 per human participant Accompanying dogs enter free of charge, with a limit of 2 dogs per human. A portion of the entry fee will be donated to the SPCA, supporting their noble cause in safeguarding animal welfare.

In alignment with Doggie Dash’s commitment to philanthropy, a portion of the entry fee will be dedicated to supporting the SPCA. Additionally, attendees are encouraged to contribute further by bringing along tinned food, dry food, blankets, and pet toys. These items will be graciously donated to the local SPCA following the event.
