A Musical Must This September

Presented by Breakout Events and Jeremy Loops, in association with 947 and 702, “Echoes Between Us” is a powerful, once-in-a-lifetime musical conversation between two of South Africa’s most celebrated acts.

With Jeremy Loops’ genre-blending folk-pop sound and the timeless, Grammy-winning harmonies of Ladysmith Black Mambazo, the show transcends style and generation, offering something truly unique to fans of South African music.

At its heart, “Echoes Between Us” is more than just a concert: it’s a curated celebration of connection, memory, and musical heritage.

Audiences can expect original material, inspired reworks, and reimagined classics, including favourites like Paul Simon’s iconic Ladysmith Black Mambazo collab songs like “Homeless” and “Diamonds on the soles of her shoes” producing a sonic landscape that resonates deeply in the South African soundscape.
