The Events Centre can accommodate 300 delegates; the Cycad Room accommodates 100 delegates; the Protea Room accommodates 60 delegates; the Aloe Room accommodates 20 delegates; and the Executive Boardroom accommodates 14 delegates.

The Canvas Riversands
There are many conferencing options available to you at The Canvas Riversands. The main auditorium has a seating capacity of 500, furnished with plush seating and desks, as well as a dedicated sound room and high quality AV. Looking for something smaller? There are two smaller auditoriums that offer cinema-style seating for 98 people, featuring high quality AV and air-conditioning. Or you can hold your meeting in their large dining room, that can accommodate 350 people. There’s also a selection of break-away rooms with various capacities. To add a delicious touch to your meeting, their in-house catering team can cater to any menu requirements from vegetarian to vegan, Kosher to Halaal, four-course meals to finger foods.
