What Is It?

Yoga in the Yards takes place on the first Sunday of every month. Kick start your journey to health and well-being with the Yogi Paige at Victoria Yards. Join in on strong and slow yoga, perfect for toning, strengthening and stretching out all your muscles. Yoga in the Yards challenges your mind, body and soul. What better way could there be to spend a Sunday morning? What you need to bring:

Your own yoga mat
Water
A warm top for relaxation

Bring along a couple of friends, too. You can enjoy a cup of coffee at Rebels Playground and explore the farmer's market after your workout. Booking is essential, so don't wait!
