What Is It?
The LIFCO project invites Roodepoort-based yogis to join their monthly
yoga in the park event this Saturday. Come and de-stress out in the open air, finding your inner strength and balance. All are welcome, so bring as many friends as you like, as well as your own yoga mat, towel and water bottles. Proceeds go towards maintaining the lush Lakes Park, offering you a safe and clean space to enjoy the outdoors. Don't miss it!
