What Is It?
Expect daily safari drives/walks, yoga classes, dinner and under the stars and lots of peace and quiet. Get ready to have an experience like no other, where you will be staying in comfortable safari tents (fit for two people) in the Manyane Camp of the Big 5 Pinalesberg Game Reserve, within an easy 2 hours drive from Johannesburg. The retreat includes two game drives with qualified rangers, 4 yoga sessions, two nights accommodation, all the meals (from Friday evening until Sunday morning) and entrance fees to the reserve.
Abedah Musengi from Yoga Works will teach two yoga sessions daily (a stronger practice in the mornings and a more relaxing session in the evenings). The yoga sessions are accessible for all levels even if you are new to yoga. Abedah's classes are fun and playful and this is really what this weekend is all about - take a well deserved break, spend some time to connect with nature, with others and with ourselves.
