Year-End Mental Health Burnout? Try A Mindspace Masterclass

The past two years have been incredibly tough for the world. And, if you've been dealing with personal trauma on top of that, it's no wonder you may be feeling exhausted this time of year. These 90-minute online talks by qualified psychologists and experts will share with you mental wellness content, including clinically-led tools and downloadables to support you on your mental health journey. The Grief and Loss Mindspace Masterclass Topic: How to Cope with Grief and Loss Upcoming dates: 30 November 2021 from 17:30-19:00 (SAST) or 4 December from 15:30-17:00 (SAST). Spots are limited.
