Visit Waterfall Fitness for a fun outdoor session this December. Anyone who enjoys working out in an open field is welcome to attend. Come and improve your muscle tone, metabolic rate and bone density. This session will help keep the core area stronger, preventing weakness that causes lower back pain. Waterfall Fitness have outsourced expert Virgin Active instructors for these classes, so you can be sure that you are in good hands. Healthy breakfast smoothies will be offered for free to participants after the work out. Don't miss it.
