What Is It?

The Vegan Hippie Connection Market is one of the best weekend markets to visit in the city. Whether you live a vegan lifestyle or not, there is always plenty to do and see here. Usually held at the Pirates Sports Club in Greenside, this ultra cool market is packing up their tents and trestles and heading off to the tranquil Magaliesburg country side this August. Expect over 70 unique stalls, as well as live entertainment and delicious artisan food. If the weather is a little chilly, the market organisers have promised to build a bonfire to warm you. Toasted vegan marshmallows here we come! This will be the second edition of the Vegan Hippie Connection Market in Magaliesburg. Hosted at White Dog Taproom, a casual craft restaurant and golf range, this market is part of the 2019 Magalies Rocks the Cradle Festival. So, why not take a day to get out of the busy city and reconnect with your inner hippie? Take the family and pets along too.
