At Van Gaalen Cheese Farm there is a restaurant on the farm where traditional Dutch dishes are served, and picnic baskets or wine tasting can also be organised. Families or couples can picnic on the banks of the Skeerpoort river. The farm shop sells a fine collection of cheese, wine, preserves, souvenirs and a range of Dutch favorites. The Milk Cottages offer overnight accommodation that is based on country living. There are also various trails for horse riding, hiking, birding, mountain biking and trail running.
