What Is It?
Tribal Flow is a yoga session like no other. You can Balasana and Shavasana to the beats of African drums with views of the city as the backdrop. The tribal beats will guide you through bursts of strength training alternated with slow and deep stretches, moments of explosive energy and calm, the heights of Mount Kilimanjaro and the quiet of the Namib Desert. Come dressed in your workout gear but add a touch of animal print to bring out the tribal spirit of the day.
