Travel Back In Time With The Fifth Annual Magical Medieval Fayre!

What Is It? Experience the magic of the fifth annual Magical Medieval Fayre, where the young at heart are invited and encouraged to embrace their inner Lannisters and Starks and enjoy midsummer’s day filled with dreams and fantasy at their beautiful new venue in the heart of Kyalami. There is something for the whole family, both two and four-legged, to do and see on the day: To See Guests can expect to see Vegetable Justice Medieval games, Battle Heritage SA Swordfighting, weapons and knife smithing at the forge, archers, birds of prey, Husky Romi Wolf Sanctuary's wolves, TORUS Fire & Flow fire dancers, East vs. West Medieval tourneys, The King’s Court and so much more! To Do Partake in a number of different fun and interesting activities at the fayre, including Medieval games, role playing games, Fight A Knight with Battle Heritage, shooting arrows with Troll Bow Project Archery, playing the Geek Of All Trades Challenge, taking part in the Medieval Fancy Dress contest and more. To Experience Travel back in time and experience the thrill of royal banquets, the Stocks, archery, ‘dragon' and 'unicorn' rides, and leisurely strolls through Ye Olde Village Market filled with potions, dragons, rarities, armoury, gems, collectibles and more. There will also be South African craft-brewed ales and a variety of food stalls to feed aspiring knights and weary travellers. This year, they also invite those in love to celebrate their day with them and participate in an authentic handfasting! Magical Medieval Fayre When Is It? Saturday, 03 September 2016 from 12:00 to 22:00. Where Is It? Inanda Country Base, Rose Road, Kyalami, Midrand, Johanneburg. Magical Medieval Fayre How Much Is It? There are three types of tickets available, and they are all available from www.quicket.co.za. You can take your pick from one of the following types of tickets: Royal Tickets There are ONLY 150 Royal Tickets available to the bluest of blood. They are ONLY available online at R650 per person, or gather your house of 10 members and pay only R600 per person. Ticket includes:
  • Early entrance to the Fayre from 12:00, to garner the pick of traders stalls
  • FREE VIP parking, inside the venue
  • A 'fast-pass' buff which allows you to pass unhindered and unchallenged to the front of ALL queues at the event.
  • A Medieval spit roast banquet (vegetarian option available), complete with craft draft beer or raspberry beer for the gentler patrons at either 13:00 or 19:00
  • Entertainment at the Royal Banquet
  • Access to the private Royal Banquet area to chill or catch the entertainment
  • A shot of Eoin's Tankard Mead
  • Three FREE arrow shots with The Troll Bow Project Archery at the event
  • A FREE magic potion in your bounty pack
  • One FREE turn to Fight a Knight with Medieval Fight Club at the event
  • A FREE Game of Kings
  • Three FREE tomatoes for Vegetable Justice
  • A market map
  • An event timetable (not available to any other visitors)
  • The right to be mildly discourteous to everyone
Noble Tickets There are limited Noble Tickets available to celebrate the annual Medieval Fayre in a style worthy of thy nobility! At R300 per person online only, this ticket includes:
  • Early entrance to the Fayre from 13:00, to garner the pick of traders stalls
  • FREE parking
  • A FREE shot of Eoin's Tankard Mead OR a Craft Beer OR a Raspberry Beer
  • A FREE turkey leg of approx. 1 000g – smoked, marinated and cooked over an open fire from Food Fellas
  • One FREE turn at three arrow shots with the Troll Bow Project Archery at the event
  • One FREE magic potion in your bounty pack
  • Three FREE tomatoes for Vegetable Justice
  • A market map
  • The right to be mildly discourteous to commoners
Commoner Tickets Commoner tickets cost R70 online and R80 at the gate which includes entrance from 14:00. Please note: Parking is R10  per car.
