What Is It?
Victoria Yards is an artists haven, situated on the outskirts of the bustling inner city. The
Johannesburg Heritage Foundation invite you to join them for a tour of this mixed-use urban development. The tour not only explores the past and future of Victoria Yards, but also the historic urban fabric that surrounds it. After the tour, explore the many artists studios on the premises. Or, pop into
Foakes Coffee Bar and Roastery for a delicious cuppa and a gourmet sandwich. For those of you looking for a more hearty meal to restore your energy after the walk, visit The
Fish & Chip Shop for their uniquely South African take on the classic British dish. The walk will last approximately two hours, so be sure to pack a few bottles of water and some snacks to take along with you.
