The Woods is a fantastic nightclub which has popped up in the popular CBD of Johannesburg. The look and feel is professional and the venue itself is small and cozy, featuring up to twenty bands in a single night with the incorporation of an amazing outdoor section. The outdoor section alone is huge and looks like something out of blade runner, steam rising from pipes along graffiti’d city walls trailing off into the dark ahead. The Woods is the current place to be, there are always bands or something interesting going on. Akin to all the other trendy clubs in the city – the Woods enjoys a hip and happening crowd, somewhat resembling the vibe of the old 206 (for you oldies).
