Registration starts from 16:00 where you can make your way into the Glow Village where there will be various fun kids activities, entertainment, and loads of food vendors and stalls. The whole point is to glow in the dark, so you can paint your face and body to make sure you stand out. When Is It? Saturday, 28 September 2019 at 16:00 - 22:00. Where Is It?
