Silver Birch Restaurant Silver Birch Restaurant at the serene Lifestyle Home Garden Centre on Beyers Naudé has won the 'Best of Joburg' award for several consecutive years and they aren't planning on changing their formula any time soon. They have a scrumptious café menu, as well as a kiddies' play area and also allow kids to dress up in a chef costume and make their own pizzas.

Picolino's Picolino's is the kind of place my young and more active self would have called my second home. It's about the kids more than anything else but isn't that refreshing? They have jumping castles, climbing walls, a sandpit, slides, swings, jungle gyms and a pedal go-kart track. The pizzas are delicious and they also allow kids to make their own.
