Ever since I went on a sewing course to learn how to make blinds, my husband has warned our guests not to stand still for too long or I will hang a blind on them. It is that addictive! The Sewing Centre will be running an incredibly comprehensive course from Monday, 25th – Saturday, 30th of July on all aspects of Interior Decorating, including the making of curtains, headboards, blinds and pelmets, as well as the re-upholstering of a wingback chair and the making of cushions. The cost is R395 per day, and those attending all six days will receive a décor certificate on completion. Highly recommended!
