What is it?
Join the fun in learning how to create flavourful pieces of sushi - while keeping it vegetarian. Not only will you be able to make a variation of this delectable dish - but rather a full 4 different sushi dishes! The following sushi varieties will be demonstrated and made at the event:
1. Inari sushi (stuffed sushi) with Avocado puree topping and Gochujang sauce
2. Oriental mushroom Sushi: savoury version + hot & spicy version
3. Fried Tofu Sushi
4. Fried Kimchi Sushi
