Spring Wellness Morning

What Is It?

Join in as Poplar Park in River Club will be hosting a spring wellness morning. Bring your friends to enjoy an hour of yoga, pilates or both in the park. Worried that the babysitter is not coming over? Then, do not worry bring the kids to the park as well because there is a kiddies playground, jumping castle and even a special yoga session designed specially for the little ones. And of course some mouthwatering foods just for you, as House of Crepes will be there serving breakfast and Coffee Café will be creating some buzz with delicious coffee.
