About the Restaurant
Soul Souvlaki has been serving Greek street food with a twist since 2012. It all started with a single stall at Maboneng’s Market on Main. Dino Vlachos, a foodie with a mission, wanted to bring South Africans a taste of authentic Greek flavours—done right. His love for simple, soulful cooking led to a container store concept in Maboneng, where the menu was as lively as the atmosphere. The public loved it. Today, Soul Souvlaki has grown into a local favourite with a collection of neighbourhood stores, each one unique in style but united in spirit. No central kitchens. No shortcuts.
