Slow Art And Yoga At Nirox Sculpture Park

What Is It? In honour of Slow Art Day 2019, the NIROX Sculpture Park will be hosting a yoga session and art appreciation day on Saturday, 6 April. You are invited to bring along your yoga mats to the park for a slow and mindful yoga flow class which is suitable for all levels. In the session you will be encouraged to explore the joy of moving with intention and patience. After the session, instead of rushing to your daily next activity or back to the busy city, you will be invited to spend some more time in the beautiful gardens surrounded by the inspiring art works. When Is It? Saturday, 6 April 2019 from 08:30 - 10:00. Where Is It? NIROX Sculpture Park, 24 Kromdraai Rd, Kromdraai, Krugersdorp. How Much Is It?
