I first saw the ad for the Silhouette Aesthetic Clinic in a Joburg.co.za newsletter. Out of curiosity I looked at the before and after pictures and was quite amazed and intrigued! I felt a bit apprehensive as we’ve all heard the many horror stories around having plastic surgery, but when I did more research on Dr Singh’s Vaserlipo - I learnt that this procedure is not as invasive like conventional Lipo Suction.

Only that evening did I have slight discomfort, but nothing that over-the-counter pain killers couldn’t fix.
Although you can immediately see a difference, the results get better every week. It’s now been 3 months since I've had the Vaserlipo and the results are amazing! I’m so happy!
