This autumn, as the air turns crisp and the spirit of Easter approaches, Protea Hotel Johannesburg Balalaika Sandton invites guests and the local community to come together for a meaningful seasonal campaign and Share the Warmth This Easter.
Blending comforting culinary experiences with a heartfelt community initiative, the campaign places a blanket drive at its core, encouraging guests to donate new or gently used blankets to support those in need during the colder months ahead. Donations can be dropped off at the hotel reception until the end of May 2026 and these blankets will be distributed to those in need to keep warm.
Alongside this initiative, guests can indulge in a curated selection of Easter-inspired food and beverage experiences designed to bring warmth, flavour, and connection. From a double-shot coffee special perfect for chilly mornings, to a hearty mega breakfast, relaxed lunch options at The Bull Run, and indulgent treats like milkshakes and decorated cookie boxes for kids, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
